For centuries a lot has been said and thought about silence. Silence has an important place within the different world religions and spiritual traditions.
When we are silent, we let go the noise of thoughts racing all day in our heads and we come to what is real and how we really feel.
In silence we find our restlessness, our fears, our pain that control our daily sense of dissatisfaction and inconvenience. But in silence we also find our grounding, our base, our strength to continue to grow, our joy of life.
If you can be really quiet, you're accepting yourself as you are now and life as it is now.
